Project Default Groups

Log into fcehome.intel.com and navigate to the Stakeholder Master from the top. Hovering the Stakeholder Master opens a sub-menu; click Project Default Groups from the sub-menu. It redirects to the Project Group List page.

Project Selector

A project selector bar is placed on the top-right corner of the project group list page. According to the project selected in this bar from the drop-down, the groups will populate the grid. For example, if Aloha is the selected project, only the groups belonging to the Aloha project will enlist in the grid.

Project Group Grid

On the Project Group List page, all the project groups’ details get displayed in a tabular grid(Project Group Grid). It consists of details such as project group name, group type, mapping type, project group mapping, and more.

Filters

Filter the values in the grid for any of the attributes/fields by specifying the conditions of your choice.

For example, you can filter the values for Mapping Type in the grid by clicking on the adjacent vertical ellipsis and specifying the filter condition such as Contains the selected process to filter the data.

Action

The action field in the project group grid provides the following functionalities:

  1. Enable/Disable Group

    Toggling on the button will enable the project group for the stakeholder master whereas toggling off will disable the group. This means only the groups that are enabled will display on the stakeholder master list page.

  2. Delete

    Currently not in use.

  3. Edit

    Upon clicking the edit icon, the POR Stakeholder Project Group page appears. You can update and save the group details from here.

Add Project Group

Add Project Group is placed in the top-right corner of the project group list page. It is used to create a new project group. Upon clicking this button, a new page of the POR Stakeholder Project Group opens up.

Select that the new project group will be a user group or company group. According to your choice, the page will ask you to enter further details.

User Group

If you opt for a user group, you need to enter details such as project group, company group, discipline, and administrative role. Click Save to create a new group.

Company Group

If you opt for a company group, you need to enter details such as project group, discipline, and administrative role. Click Save to create a new group based on the data you provided.

Back

You can click the Back button from the top-right corner of the page anytime to navigate back to the project group list page.

Clear Grid Filters

This function removes all the filters applied to any of the fields in the project group grid.
